9LIST ROUTIN3S | LO BOSWORTH: MORNING

1/ I love to start my day with a glass of cold lemon water (I also mix in Call Me Collagen by Love Wellness). It helps me feel refreshed and light first thing and helps set me on the right path nutritionally by making my first choice of the day a healthy one!

2/ I love to exercise with Taryn Toomey 3-4 times a week in the mornings. I do "The Class" through their digital studio since the pandemic started and I love it because it's a great mix of cardio, strength training using your body weight, and meditation/focus.

3/ My daily sunscreen is Eclipse Sheer Mineral Sunscreen by Earth Harbor and I never miss a day. I love this product because it's a gentle, non-toxic sunscreen made with minerals that rubs in totally sheer. It's also reef friendly.

 

9LIST ROUTIN3S | LO BOSWORTH: AFTERNOON

4/ I typically eat lunch from Provenance Meals. It's the best home delivery program out there and all the meals are both gluten and dairy-free, and organic. Delicious and satisfying!

5/ I always take an afternoon walk while I'm finishing up my last calls of the day for Love Wellness. I like to venture out to the West Side Highway with a decaf coffee from Pi Bakerie in Soho.

6/ If I'm doing any Zoom panels, Instagram Lives, or other media events I'm all about using make-up by Merit and the non-toxic brand Westman Atelier. The Lip Suede by Westman in Les Rouges is the best combo of colors.

 

9LIST ROUTIN3S | LO BOSWORTH: NIGHT

7/ I love an espresso martini on a night out with friends. I typically host a few friends at my apartment before we head out into the city for dinner and have been making espresso martinis with Baileys Deliciously Light which is 40% less sugar and calories than Baileys Original Irish Cream. It adds a bit of extra deliciousness and is a major crowd pleaser!

8/ On nights in I typically take a long bath with Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath Powder. It smells so good and makes skin deliciously soft.

9/ My other evening activity that is incredibly relaxing is using my Higher Dose Infrared Sauna Blanket for 45 minutes. It allows for a deep sweat to help release toxins trapped deep in the body, and makes you feel totally calm and rested afterwards. It's the perfect wind-down activity.
