SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

Thank you for shopping with us at THE 9LIST. This interactive website and webshop is part of and operated by Athleisure Media, LLC. (Hereinafter "ATHLEISURE MEDIA").

THE 9LIST, 9list.com, the9list.com, and the9list.myshopify.com (Hereinafter "THE 9LIST") ships to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and select International addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times:

Standard Ground Shipping; $5.00 (estimated 6 to 8 business days):

UPS 2nd Day Air: $12 (estimated 3 to 4 business days);

UPS Next Day Air: $16 (estimated 2 to 3 business days)

*Total delivery time includes estimated processing and carrier transit time.

Standard Ground Shipping

  • This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  • This shipping method is the only shipping method available for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air

This shipping method is available for shipments to Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii addresses only. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. 

Shipping Restrictions: Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address.

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

Hazardous Materials: Certain items in orders may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). These items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders that may contain such materials will be via Standard Ground Shipping.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

THE 9LIST, through its interactive online store, and other outlets, makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system at this time. 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

To serve you better, we will begin to process your order after you click to submit you order from your shopping cart. Because our system processes orders promptly, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

RETURN POLICY

If you're not satisfied with a product for any reason, return the product to us for a full refund.

Time limit on returns: Products must be returned within 30 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on THE 9LIST.

Payment credit

  • Products returned that were purchased using an online payment service will be issued as a online webstore merchandise credit.

  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.

Returning your order by mail

  • Refunding shipping fee:

    Original shipping charges paid at the time of THE 9LIST order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by THE 9LIST.

    • Online purchases returned to a THE 9LIST store without the original email receipt and pack slip are only eligible for exchanges or store credit at the current lowest selling price.

  • THE 9LIST does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Remember to:

    • Apply the return mailing label outside your returns shipping carton. Mailing label is included in your shipping package.

    • Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to THE 9LIST.

    • RETURN PRODUCTS BY GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS - Certain items in orders may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

      • We will notify you via email when we have processed your order and issued a refund.

      • Please allow us 30 business days for receiving and processing your online order return.

      • Credit will appear on your account within 7-10 days after we processed your return. Credit will appear on your statement within two billing periods depending on your billing cycle.

Returning your online purchase

  • If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and all original components.

  • A full refund will be issued on a return, providing the return is within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Credit will be issued on a return after 30 days of original purchase date.

Tax

  • Sales and shipping tax will be applied to your THE 9LIST order depending on the items and the laws of the state where the order is shipped. You’ll see the tax in your order summary before submitting the order.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience on THE 9LIST please contact us. If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased you can return it and we will issue a refund or online credit for choosing another product at equal or lesser value.
