1/ I love to read my bible in the morning.
2/ I have to have tea inthe morning, I’m not a coffee drinker at all.
3/ I’m always taking my Vitamin D in droplet formas fish oil is good for you!

4/ Celery Juice – I love a green juice and I like to do it in the morning and if I can’t get it, I’ll do it through Uber Eats later in the day which I know isn’t the greatest, so I try to do it in the morning as much as possible – so at least I have it.
5/ My phone always checking in with what’s going on.
6/ I like to work out in the afternoon.

7/ Watch TV before I go to bed!
8/ A glass of wine is a great way to wind down.
9/ I love to shower before I go to my bed! I don’t know what it is, but it just relaxes me and of course, I still wake up in the morning and I shower again!
