9LIST ROUTIN3S | BAR MALIK: MORNING

1/ Hydrate: I always make sure to kick my day off right by drinking Barcode, which is a healthy alternative instead of reaching for a sugary beverage. Barcode is naturally sweetened (only 2g of sugar) with monk fruit and still tastes like you’re having a morning glass of juice!

2/ Prep my muscles for the day: While I do my morning stretching routine, I use my Theragun to help properly wake my body up.

3/ Gain knowledge: If you see me with my AirPods on in the morning, chances are I’m not listening to music. I use this time of day to tune into my favorite podcasts and educate myself on timely topics.

4/ Train: I love getting a good workout in at DOGPOUND during the afternoon. A great training session helps boost my mood and sets a positive tone for the remainder of the day.

5/ Work: As an entrepreneur with a company that’s rapidly growing, I work all hours of the day, but I carve out some major time during my afternoons to discuss all things Barcode-related.

6/ Fuel: To keep myself energized through my meetings, I always have a Barcode at my side to give me the boost that I need.

7/ Relax: Magnesium baths are a key part of my evening routine to wind down from my busy day.

8/ Calm my nervous system: Barcode comes in handy prior to bed since it’s packed with adaptogens, which help put me at ease.
