9LIST ROUTIN3S | AJLA TOMLJANOVIĆ: MORNING

1/ Write! Before my day even starts I like to write a few things down that I’d like to accomplish today. It doesn’t have to be anything big or complicated, I just like to simplify my thoughts and focus so I can get the best out of my day.

 2/ Get my dose of vitamins! I like to drink a freshly squeezed ginger and lemon juice shot before I eat or drink anything else in the morning. I find that it helps to keep my immune system strong and healthy. I don’t know why but when I do something healthy at the start of my day, it makes me feel like I’m really taking care of myself extra that day!

3/ Chat with my mom! I love chatting with my mom in the morning. It’s like our little thing. We both love coffee and are big early birds. It’s the time of day i get the most peace and quiet before my usual day of training starts. And also, who doesn’t love a little pep talk from our mom 😉

4/ Sweet treat! I have a really big sweet tooth. When I’m not being too strict with my diet I Ike to indulge in some chocolate about an hour after my lunch and about 30 minutes before I have to start my afternoon training. I’m a big believer in balance so satisfying my craving and knowing I’m going to be burning it off really soon keeps me happy.

5/ Omorpho gravity sportswear! For my afternoon training I like to use Gravity Sportswear to get more out of my workouts. I was amazed when I first saw Gravity Sportswear and was taken with the bold design that emphasized MicroLoad, the small, visible weighs on the apparel. Once I tried it on the G- Tight and G-Crop it was game over. I fell in love immediately.

6/ Power nap! Okay this one is dangerous. I love napping but I’m not great at power naps. It’s very hard to resist napping for over an hour so once I go over that 30-minute mark I feel sluggish and tired after, so power naps are love/ for me. When i get them right and I’m up after 25 to 30 minutes I feel a huge boost of energy.

7/ Favorite bowl place! After a day of training I’m usually pretty hungry. I love going to my local bowl place where the portions are big and full of healthy stuff. I usually like to keep my dinners clean so I’m excited for these because I’m always full after them without feeling guilty!

8/ Friends! I like to save my night time for my social life. That’s the time everyone is usually free and its one of my favorite ways to switch off and just get in a good mood. All we need is some good food, some music and just fun conversations all around!

9/ Skin Routine! This one is essential in my day because I’m in the sun a lot and we all know we aren’t getting any younger lol. I can’t avoid the sun for now but i can do a few things daily to keep my skin somewhat happy. My go to products are all by drunk elephant. I definitely make sure to never forget this before my bedtime.
