9LIST ROUTIN3S | NICKY RODRIGUEZ: MORNING

1/ Well, #1, I’ll brush my teeth and whatnot.

 2/ I like to get a good dog walk and some sunlight in.

3/ Usually smoke right before training. My mornings are pretty easy. I don’t really eat in the morning. I keep it really simple and consistent. I do food and whatnot after. I get up around 9am period, 10a.

4/ I’m a big eater after practice. After I train, you know I’ll get some calories in.

5/ I like to burn here and there, Team Insane OG, they hold it down for sure.

6/ I’ll also pound a protein shake after practice, shout out to Evogen.

7/ After, I’ll do my second workout. I’ll lift.

8/ Again eat some high protein food, like steaks, ground beef, watermelon, papaya and honey.

9/ Go on social and get some business stuff handles and sleep.. I don’t need much to succeed - proper sleep, proper food, proper training - that can go a long way. Maybe I’ll smoke before bed here and there.
