9LIST ROUTIN3S | CHRIS BRICKLEY: MORNING

1/ BODYARMOR EDGE – I used to drink coffee in the morning but since BODYARMOR released EDGE, that’s been my go-to. I’ll normally begin my day by drinking a BODYARMOR EDGE since it rehydrates my body and also gives me a kick of caffeine to start tackling the first chores of my day.

 2/ PLAN/GET DRESSED– I have training sessions with my clients throughout the day, so before I do anything I’ll take a look at my schedule. Between training clients and other business ventures I always need to keep my calendar in check. My outfit is crucial to the success of my day and I always like to add an accessory like my Tiffany Whistle Necklace. 

3/ QUICK BITE – Before I dive into my first workout or task for the day, I need something small in my body – no matter how early it is – just to give my body some fuel for the day ahead.

4/ BODYARMOR LYTE Sports Drink – I’ll have a BODYARMOR LYTE before, during and after my training sessions because they’re perfect for keeping me hydrated throughout my day. It’s loaded with everything – electrolytes, vitamins, coconut water – and is low calorie with no sugar added. Right now, my favorite is the new Kiwi Strawberry LYTE. It’s hard to beat.  

5/ Wilson Basketball –  Wilson is the new official ball of the NBA and essential that I have in my gym for my workouts.

6/ Puma Sneakers –  These are versatile for me and something I can wear on and off the court.

7/ RECONNECT –  When I wrap up my day, I always make sure to check in with friends and family, whether it’s a call or a text I always make sure reconnecting is part of my day.

8/ LAST MEAL –  After my last workout of the day, I’ll get in one last quick, small meal. Something with protein that low-in-fat like fish or chicken and vegetables – just to replenish my body after a long day of work.

9/ WIND DOWN – The long day is nearly over, so after checking my last texts/missed calls and more – I’ll put my phone down, and wind down with my Therabody RecoveryAir JetBoots
