1/ Pressed Greens 2 juice and a Pressed Vitality shot. I love starting my day with this delicious combo. It gives me the vitamins and antioxidants I need to take on whatever comes my way.

 2/ Stretching really gets me going in the morning.  My body and my mind are always happier when I take time to get limber.

3/ Working out in the morning gives me great energy and sets the tone for the rest of my day.

4/ Pressed Citrus 2 juice and a Pressed Recovery shot. It’s the perfect way to keep my energy up for practice!

5/ Dancing always makes me happy and gives me the perfect mid-day pick-me-up!

6/ I love to enjoy nature. Taking a walk or going on a hike is the best way for me to take it all in.

7/ Journaling - I think it is so important to journal about everything. So you can fully understand yourself and your needs to be your best self. I also journal any goals and the steps needed to take to achieve my goals.

8/ Stretching/Yoga - I typically will take an hour at the beginning and end of my day to stretch out my body, listen to relaxing music, and it helps me get prepared for the next day feeling relaxed and fresh.

9/ Meditation - I like to take time to reflect internally with my thoughts & heal any areas that need attention. The biggest purpose of meditating for me is to get fully aligned and in tune with my body and spirit and mind.
