/ Biossance Squalane and Marine Algae Eye Cream is my MUST have. Not only is it the most indulgent eye cream I have found, it also is in partnership with OCEANA (full disclosure I’m on their board and found them through the org).
/ My makeup artist on Promised Land turned me on to this Korean spa water by Koh Gen Do and I will never go back to using anything else for makeup removal. My skin has never felt better after long 16 hour days on set in full make-up.
/ I’m constantly traveling for work or wildlife expeditions and when I do I dont wear make up or want to bother taking large containers/superfluous products with me from home, so I grab a go-to set that has everything I could want from One Ocean Beauty. Theres a winter essentials and a mini travel one that work wonders and you can fit them in any carry-on

/ I love data but most trackers were too cumbersome to wear at work or to charge. OURA is my newest obsession - so much so, that my characer on the show also wears it (so I can track my entire day). I have the gold version and my husband has the silver.
/ I work mostly on my breathing for freediving and love tech, so Ive been using the Airofit pro to work on breath-holds and lung capacity. You could honestly do the same exercises without a device, so its not a MUST have, but Im the type of person that enjoys a gadget and measurable items make me more likely to stick to it and more disciplined.
/ Big fan of all things Tim Ferriss, so naturally his book 4 Hour Body was a fun game-changer for me. I don’t follow the diet (I cant stick to any one plan - just not my thing) but the work-out hacks and programs are incredible.

/ RTR app. I mean...fashion commitment issues? Maybe :)
/ Greens are now my go-to color, so anything with a vibrant hue will find its way to my closet but my absolute favorite is Reformation's Pointelle sweater in Olive. Decadently soft and flattering with any combo.
/ Here's the splurge – I’m obsessed with this Rick Owens gown. I wore it recently in an episode of Promised Land and was tempted to walk out with it just to keep it. It looks like leather but is actually waxed denim, and is somewhat scuba/wetsuit looking. Don’t own it. Got to wear it one day... yet utterly OBSESSED.
