1/  I always use a LED mask on my face about 3-4 times a week on my face. I have one called Current Body that I use and one called Flexa from Dermalux. 

2/ I microneedle my face twice a week before I put on a retinode or a lactic acid and it’s my at-home beauty treatment. 

3/ I used gratchar which are these two heart shaped jaded tools when I message Bounce Back Intense Peptide moisturiser to give myself a mini facial and stimulate the blood flow on my face.

4/ I use bands because they can be incredibly portable and you can buy them on amazon from $5-$10 and they just give you the intention that you need to work out without having a lot in your suitcase so when I travel I always have them with me.

5/ I use weights because being a woman who is post menopausal, it’s so important that I do strength training and I have weights at home from 2-5 kilos and I do strength training 3 times a week.

6/ I also take many supplements, I take about 10 supplements a day, including 3,000mg of lipothermal Vitamin C and I usually take Altrient

7/ A pair of white trainers without laces. I get them from Russell & Bromley and they are platform trainers. They elongate my leg and they make any classic dress look cooler than if you’re just wearing it with pumps. 

8/ I love wearing sequins because they reflect light to your face. If you’re feeling flat or emotionally drained, consider a sequin top with jeans. 

9/ My Tiffany Elsa Perreti cluffs, I have really long arms and many jackets are too short for me so it gives me a fill in for the space between where my jacket ends and where my hand begins and they are now something that people identify me with and they go with everything!
