4/ Double cleansing has literally changed my life. You think that you’re getting everything, but your pores still have your makeup living in your pores. I like iS Cleansing Complex which is lightweight and great for removing makeup.
5/ I also use iS Warming Cleansing Complex which exfoliates as well as hydrates my skin.
6/ They also have Hydra-Cool Serum which soothes my skin and I use it before I use my moisturizer.

7/ I focus on my cardio in areas like my abs and butt by adding in elastic bands around my thighs.
8/ I’ve been doing Zooms with my trainer, Kevin Mejia of Dogpound.
9/ Yoga has also become a form of meditation for me. I started it prior to the lockdown to be more in tune with my body.
