1/ I always enjoy amazing coffee.  

2/ There’s nothing like a delicious smoothie.  

3/ I use a Hyperice for the bottom of my feet and some of the pressure points that tighten up throughout the day.

4/ Walk walk walk, 12,000 steps on my Fitbit!  

5/ A relatively light lunch like an open-faced sandwich or a salad.  

6/ I enjoy another delicious small coffee no later than 1pm.

7/ I love doing a walk after dinner….  

8/Some flexibility work ….  

9/I’ll hypervolt the crap out of my legs and lower back
