9LIST ROUTIN3S | CATT SADLER: MORNING
1/ Each morning I put a scoop of LION’S MANE MUSHROOM POWDER in my coffee. It seems to really help with my brain fog. I need all the extra clarity I can get each day!
2/ Most mornings I write in my beautiful gratitude journal designed by Katie Kime. I’m happy to say they fill up fast – I have several different ones, all colors, all prints. A bright part of my morning.
3/ Sunscreen is the holy grail. Even after I’ve done my morning skin care ritual, the final final step before I get to my office is a last layer of Skinceuticals Light Moisture UV Defense SPF 50.

4/ I stay energized by using yummy scents in my home office. I have my Kai Rose Hand Crème nearby at all times. With all of the extra hand washing these days, by noon I’m lathering up again.
5/ I keep a stash of Think! Bars nearby for small bites of energy throughout the day. The salted caramel flavor is to die for. These bars are high in protein and low in sugar. Perfect!
6/ When I can I pop out for a midday break to walk for at least thirty minutes. I absolutely must have my Apple AirPod Pros. This is when I binge my favorite podcasts like The Daily or GOOP. (Feel free to subscribe to my new show – It Sure Is a Beautiful Day with Catt Sadler.)

7/ Well maybe not every evening, but a Blue Moon usually sounds really delicious about this time.
8/ My nighttime skincare routine is pretty extensive. I am really loving Lapcos Daily Sheet Masks. The Seaweed version is heavenly.
9/ As often as I remember I also like to use my Hers Hair Growth Serum at bedtime on my front hairline. A combination of genetics and overuse of hair extensions really thinned my hair. This seems to be helping!
